1. Frame joints are either finger jointed or mortise and tenoned to provide superior strength and reliability.
2. The wood is multi-layered, cross-laminated veneers of hardwood providing significant advantages over hardwood lumber.
3. Combined with traditional supports system of corner blocking, stapling and screws, provides the most durable frame in the upholstery business.
4. The use of hardwood laminates provides a high quality alternative to solid lumber and reduces dependence of declining sources of old growth timber used in old fashioned framing.
5. Utilizing eight-way, hand tied coil spring construction. Our experienced craftsman carefully position long lasting, tempered steel, coil springs individually over crossbanded, corrugated steel straps and meticulously hand tie each spring eight ways with polyester twine to prevent shifting that can alter the shape and affect comfort.
6. Each style is carefully engineered with the correct combination of spring gauge and height to achieve the utmost comfort and years of durability. Each piece of upholstery has up to four different gauges of coil springs, each placed in an optimum position for maximum comfort.
7. Cushions wrapped in muslin helps the fabric wear longer.
8. Fine bench crafted hand tailoring to insure covers and color-coordinated fabrics are expertly applied. This process cannot be produced using machines.
